Smart-Railing supports cable, glass and picket infills
Smart-Builder are the experts in glass design software, but Smart-Railing is not
limited to glass. Cable and picket infills are supported, as well as all thicknesses
and colours of glass, allowing you to design railings across the spectrum. Smart-Railing
also supports a range of rails: top, bottom and mid-rails are all available, as
well as offset hand rails, and all can have their shape, size and placement customised.
Flexible Design
Smart-Railing can handle a wide range of railing structures, from simple residential
balconies up to highly complex commercial architecture. Smart-Railing's powerful
layout engine allows railings to branch, with 3, 4 or even more branches coming
off a single junction. Smart-Railing also handles gap sections, allowing your designs
to include disconnected sections. Curved and facetted sections are no fuss, and
can be added at the touch of a button; Smart-Railing can even deal with handrails
continuing along walls, all using its simple drag-and-drop interface.
Full Control Over Hardware
Smart-Railing supports a vast range of hardware components: from posts and pickets,
right down to end caps, vinyl and screws. Like all Smart-Builder products, Smart-Railing
is 100% hardware independent, and can be fully customised to use your preferred
range. What's more, Smart-Railing's design module allows you fine-grained control
over even the smallest details: override individual infills or junctions, to make
your railing fit even the fussiest specification.

3D Colour Drawings
Railings can be a key architectural element for your customers. Smart-Railing's
3D system lets you show them your proposal in 3D, from all angles and zoom lengths,
