Smart-Toolbox goes to great lengths to accomodate your
pricing requirements. You can have multiple price lists, multiple product
groups, assign customers to different price lists for different product groups
with standard discounts, even specify different discounts based on whether
glass is toughened, cut to size or stock sheets. Then for those really
specific deals you can set override prices for particular glass, hardware
or processing on a customer by customer basis.

Follow up on quotes is an important part of the sales process. Our Quote Follow-Up
report allows sales representatives to know when to make follow-up calls to increase
the number of quotes turned into orders.

can see at a glance which items are scheduled for full or partial installation
and when, whether the glass has arrived in, who is scheduled to do the work

at all times. With the press of just a few buttons, you can find out the status of
work orders in progress, check if there are any overdue purchase orders or invoices,
and obtain a detailed breakdown of receipts.
Powerful Analysis
Break down your sales by division, customer category,
period, job type, glass type and more, all on the fly with easy to use
data grids. All grids can also be copied to clipboard or exported in a
number of formats, including Excel, to give you complete access to your data.
